Record questionnaire

This is where your report comes from. Take your time — it runs between 40 minutes and two hours, and you can close the page and come back: what you write is saved in this browser.

Two instructions that change the outcome. If you do not know an answer, write “I don't know” — that is useful information. And do not invent or round up numbers: everything you state here will need a document behind it later, and a number inflated at the start becomes an expensive problem at the end.
Attach documents

Optional for now — whatever is missing can come later. PDF, images, Word and ZIP are accepted: up to 10 files, 15 MB each, 40 MB in total.

Once you send it, we confirm receipt and schedule the 45-minute conversation.

    We have your answers.

It is on us now. We read everything before the conversation and reach out to schedule the 45 minutes. If a document is still missing, you can send it at any time — nothing stalls because of that.
