Meritus is not a law firm and does not provide legal services. It does case preparation and assessment. Legal services on any matter are provided by an independent U.S.-licensed immigration attorney, who signs Form G-28 and is counsel of record before USCIS.

The free assessment is an informational reading of a record against published criteria. It is not an opinion on eligibility and does not substitute for advice from a licensed attorney about your situation.
No guaranteed outcome
No immigration outcome is guaranteed, by Meritus or by anyone. Eligibility turns on the evidence and on the adjudicator, and the rules change.
Where this site describes a guarantee, it is the refile guarantee described on its own page, with its conditions. It is a commitment about our work, never about a government decision.
